A new year, and other good things.

Busy. Who isn't busy during the holidays?

In a fast few weeks, all the projects and shoots I have patiently waiting to be edited and posted still need tending too. Great intentions were there, but life just happens! Now that for a brief moment things have slowed down, I will hopefully be posting a new set every day or so until we are headed away on vacation, and then when I get back I will have yet even MORE exciting things to play with.

Think bright and vivid.
Think pure aqua water, washed sand and coral pink toes.
Think vibrant color pallets and delightful souvenir stands.
Think sun bleached pavement and pink tinted sunsets.
oooo! Think cute dolphins.
Think Mickey, Mexico and possibly a mermaid.

ANYHOW- before we get to all of that, this is a group of lovely ladies I had the pleasure of meeting about a week ago for family photos. I tagging along with my friend Daniel ....
(dsmphoto.zenfolio.com- check out his site! ) ,
....who still manages to take fabulous photographs while bouncing around on crutches. I helped when and where I could, smoothing shirts, fixing hair and reminding to camouflage the bubble gum...  but he really had it all covered. I did get to play with his iPad and this amazing little photo sync gizmo that allows you to see your photos wireless as you shoot them, that is if you don't walk more than 10 feet away.
it becomes a bit snarky if you do.

I also got to jump in a snap a few, it was a nice overcast day at the Mission Mill Museum, but it was a delight meeting these gals, and we had a lot of fun. Don't even get me started on the eyelashes they all had either.... sigh.

Thanks Daniel!
